Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appt please contact your service provider as soon as possible. 
  • If canceling within 12 hours of the bookings scheduled start time, your deposit will be held until you rebook. If you do not rebook, your deposit will be not be returned.
  • If you cancel prior to 12 hours before your scheduled booking time and do not reschedule, your deposit will be returned to you.

Deposits

Your service provider may require a deposit to reserve the requested booking time.

 

Gifts and Tips

  • Although Gifts and tips are not required they are always greatly appreciated and encouraging.
  • Please note that any gifts will not be counted as payment unless previously agreed upon by your service provider.
